开辟绿色通道、加急办理证件
Urgent visa services
为因疫情原因需加急办证的外国人，提供及时响应，受理、制发证便利；涉外企业、机构复工期间外籍人员和高层次人才的签证申请，以及在济外国人需紧急出境的，根据需要开辟办证绿色通道，现场受理，现场签发。
The Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Jinan Public Security Bureau will provide instant visa application and issuance services for foreigners in need. For visa applications concerning high-level talents, the exit-entry administration will open a fast-channel to provide speedy services.
推送信息指南、加强宣传引导
Spreading information
通过微信、微博、短信、官网等，及时发布疫情防控提示；畅通咨询电话专线，及时解答防疫期间出入境管理服务相关问题。
The Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Jinan Public Security Bureau will issue a guide with tips on preventing the spread of COVID-19 via WeChat, Weibo, SMS, and its official website. A service hotline is also available for questions related to exit-entry administration during the outbreak.
调整服务模式、实行预约办证
Adjusting service models
实行预约办证，有序控制办证人流；对发现欲进入大厅的申请人有发烧、咳嗽等症状的，联系属地疾控部门给予隔离观察、就医等协助。
Applicants must now schedule appointments for visa applications, so as to reduce waiting times and the number of people at the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Jinan Public Security Bureau. For applicants with symptoms such as fever or cough, the local disease control department will be contacted and medical and quarantine services will be offered.
依法依规处理、保护合作权益
Complying with relevant laws and regulations to protect the rights of foreigners
对外国人因疫情防控原因造成逾期居留的，将依法依规从轻、减轻或免于处罚。
In light of the current situation, foreigners who have overstayed their visas due to the epidemic shall receive reduced penalties or have all penalties waived depending on the circumstances.
提供机场口岸出入境紧急服务
Providing emergency services at the Jinan airport
依托“互联网+口岸签证”受理平台，对旅行社申请外国人口岸团体签证实行平台网上预约服务，审核通过后现场一次办结。提供紧急办理口岸签证和一次性台胞证服务。
Using the "Internet+ Port Visa" platform, the port visa post of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau at the Jinan airport provides appointment services for groups such as travel agencies online. Such services are also available for residents of Taiwan.
